ExplorerWe have received some counterlungs back due to leaking. Discontinue use of your Explorer until new counterlungs are installed. Continued use of the original parts could lead to flooding of the counterlungs, Pre-Dive Check failures, and possible drowning. Hollis has received (2) reports that (2) DG03 dive computers being used in conjunction with integrated pressure transmitters mounted on the divers’ regulator first stages continued to display full tank pressure (approximately 3000 PSI) throughout the entire dives and did not indicate that the readings were incorrect.
