The Neotek 4/3 wetsuit is designed for warm-water technical dives—where exposure protection is still critical—but conditions are mild. This revised model follows the same pattern and design as our revolutionary 8/7/6 semidry and it features a horizontal front zipper and attached hood for maintaining warmth over extended dive times.
This Neotek is constructed from a compression-resistant 4/3mm neoprene and a Hollis-exclusive ThermaSkin inner liner. It includes a front neckdam with revolutionary G-lock horizontal front zipper for easy on/off and a tight barrier against water intrusion. Arms and legs are also sealed against leaks with a rolled cuff edge. All seams are double glued and butt-joined with a blind stitch construction which is all covered by a unique liquid seam.
And of course, true to the spirit of Neotek, the suit comes fitted with generous utility pockets on both the left and right thigh and comes in 9 different sizes.

This suit is perfect for tropical tec/rec diving! I use it on my CCR dives in warm water (28C). The integrated pockets and hood are awesome, it makes it easy to eliminate extra pieces of gear like pocket shorts and an additional hood. The material of the suit definitely prevented water flow, which meant the suit was nice and warm but challenging to put on and off (not much stretch in material). Once it was on it was super comfortable and I also loved the front zipper. My only suggestion is to have separate women/men sizes and regular/tall sizes (I’m 5/11 and the suit legs were short). I’ll continue to use this on my tec dives in the tropics!

The Hollis 4/3 has been my favorite wetsuit to date. I’ll typically dive nitrox and usually will spend 70+ minutes underwater. Sometimes the water in Alor can reach down to 78 degrees, and this suit has kept me warm and comfortable on the long dives. The pockets tend to be extremely useful as places to store extra equipment for my underwater photography, as well as pick up any garbage I may find on the reef. It’s hard to get on, but comfortable once you’re in it.
