PRODUCT RECALL: HOLLIS DIAPHRAGM STYLE REGULATORS

There  exists  a  possibility  for  Hollis  diaphragm  style  regulators  listed  above  to  significantly  restrict  airflow  at  low  tank  pressures  (below  500  psi)  due  to  a  condition  in  the  first  stage,  posing  a  drowning  hazard  to  divers.  It  is  of  the  utmost  importance  that  if  you  have  a  regulator  model  listed  above  that  was  purchased  OR  serviced  between  October  1,  2017  and  May  25,  2018  that  it  be  serviced  as  soon  as  possible.

If  you  own  a  Hollis  diaphragm  regulator  purchased  OR  serviced  after  October  1,  2017  –  May  25,  2018:

1. Do  not  dive  with  the  affected  product  before  it  has  been  serviced.
2. Confirm  if  your  specific  product  is  affected  by  following  the  instructions  at:  http://recall.hollis.com/pin/
